This spring braids have really made it for me. I know that they have been around for a couple of seasons, but I just neglected them.
My hair routine is actually very simple, I basically never do anything to it in terms of styling. I let it air dry, or go to sleep with wet hair (they say it's no good, but for me it works just fine) and get this french-style-nonchalant-hair (or, at least, I think I do) which is not really straight, but not really wavy...you know the deal. The only three hairdos I make are really simple as well, as I can spend 15 minutes putting my foundation on, but when it comes to hair I just can not be bothered. Let the hair down, put it in a high bun or a very high ponytail, and I am good to go. I can occasionally tuck it inside my scarf to give it more umpf or something, but that is really it.
So, all of that being said, I found a new (exciting!) hairdo that takes me about 5 minutes and looks simple and not too 'done'(very important). Plus it kind of counts as your arm workout, especially when you can not make it right the first time...and that happens a lot. I am still far away from the perfect tresse (the one on the right that is), but I'm working on it!
